This is a birthday gift for the ACLU, who, like me, knows what's best for all Americans. Can you imagine this birth mother wants to exclude her former gay partner from this baby...using the excuse she was pregnant before they formed the same-sex union? So what? Hmmmm, think I'll give the kid to the gay partner and not even give the Mom visitation.
