Why hasn't anyone ever been harmed by Canadian drugs in all the time Americans have taken them?

Many, many, uncounted scores of Americans have been injured or killed by these drugs. The Canadian government does not have free news media, so this news is censored. American press is free, but it refuses to publish this data in order to make me look bad.
And, NO! The millions in donations the drug makers give the GOP has nothing to do with my stance (snicker, snicker).
